Returns Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Be in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

Store credit

A replacement product of equal value

A refund where applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item
Once approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items returned without original tags

Gift cards

Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pixel Vandal cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
