Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free from stains, damage, odours, or signs of wear

Be returned in their original packaging where possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product changes, subject to stock availability.
If your requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

Store credit

An alternative product of equal value

A refund where applicable
Because many Pixel Vandal products are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was damaged during delivery

The incorrect product was supplied
In these cases, Pixel Vandal will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

Sale Items
Sale items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
