Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged item

We will investigate the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.
