SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Timeframes

Every Pixel Vandal order is carefully prepared and packed before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

South Africa

  • Johannesburg & major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Outlying areas: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

Delivery estimates are guidelines and may occasionally vary during high-volume periods, public holidays, product launches or promotional events.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Please allow:

1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your delivery location.

Pixel Vandal currently ships both locally and internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to international shipments.

Pixel Vandal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing or incorrect shipping information supplied by customers.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order.

If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items may qualify for return if:

  • incorrect item received

  • damaged item received

  • manufacturing defect

  • wrong size received

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • include original tags and packaging

Items that cannot be returned:

  • worn products

  • damaged products due to misuse

  • sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pixel Vandal.
